Prior to your appointment, you will be required to provide a complete list of your current prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and supplements. This allows me to review your regimen in advance and prepare for our consultation.
During our 40-minute session, we'll go through your regimen together so you can better understand what you're taking and feel more informed about your healthcare.
Your consultation includes:
Pre-consultation review of your complete medication and supplement list
Individual review of your medications
Medication and supplement interaction review
Review for potential therapeutic duplication
Discussion of common side effects and important considerations
Medication timing and administration education
Opportunity to discuss medication-related questions and concerns
Identification of questions or concerns to bring to your physician or healthcare provider
